Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are handled, stored, and shipped accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping products, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Process and record incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean, adhering to safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar setting preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
