HenCel Inc, DBA LollyBanks is a growing baby and children’s brand focused on thoughtfully designed, high-quality products. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our warehouse operations.
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. You’ll play a key part in ensuring orders go out quickly and correctly, helping us deliver a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
- Prepare shipments for carriers (labeling, sealing, organizing) drop off packages at local shipping facilities
- Receive incoming pallets and shipments
- Unload, count, and verify inventory against packing lists
- Organize and stock inventory in designated locations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
- Support general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Clean driving record
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Varies but estimated 10-20 hours per week; 2-3 days per week - MWF, 9AM arrival, can leave once tasks are done and FedEx has picked up for the day.
- Flexible scheduling (ideal for someone looking for part-time work)
Compensation:
- $17–$22/hour, based on experience
