Responsibilities
• Greet customers and gather vehicle information
• Document vehicle concerns and symptoms
• Recommend maintenance based on mileage and vehicle history
• Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Monitor repair progress and update customers
• Review completed work and explain final invoices

Requirements
• 1 year Service Advisor experience preferred
