We’re looking for a Project Superintendent to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of custom residential projects, from remodels and additions to new builds. You will serve as both a working superintendent and a lead carpenter, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Your leadership, problem-solving skills, and clear communication will help guide teams and projects to success.

You have 10 years of experience in custom residential construction, including remodels, additions, and new builds

You are skilled in framing, trim work, cabinetry, flooring, stairs, decks, and more

You can read blueprints and engineered drawings with ease

You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects without losing focus

You bring a can-do attitude to challenges and inspire your team to do the same

You build trust with clients, subcontractors, and teammates through honesty and clear communication

You lead by example, whether it’s keeping the jobsite clean, meeting inspections, or going the extra mile for a client
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serving as both lead carpenter and jobsite superintendent

Coordinating with project managers, executive superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and architects

Tracking daily progress, work orders, schedules, and change orders in the project management software

Conducting and passing all required inspections

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite and vehicle

Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and local building codes
