Commercial General Contractor located in Charlotte is currently seeking a construction superintendent.
Responsibilities:
· Work with project manager and owner to help maintain project schedule, on site safety, and scheduling subcontractors.
· Projects will consist of restaurants, office, retail, MOB, warehouse, ground up construction including upfits
· Ability to read drawings and review shop drawings
· Good communicator and good work ethic
· Complete daily reports, weekly updates
· Communicate with owners and architects while providing project updates, concerns, changes.
Qualifications:
· Ability to utilize microsoft office
· Willing to self motivate. This position will have opportuinty to be promoted and become long time employee of the company
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
Position Requirements:
- (3-5 ) years of construction related experience
