We’re looking for a Residential Executive Superintendent to join our Boone team. In this role, you’ll lead multiple residential construction projects, mentor superintendents and field staff, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You’ll be the key field leader who keeps projects on track, builds trust with clients, and represents Andrew Roby’s reputation for excellence in the High Country.

What makes you stand out?

• You have 10 years of residential construction experience, including 5 years in a superintendent or senior leadership role

• You’ve successfully managed remodels, additions, and new custom builds from start to finish

• You’re highly skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, engineered drawings, and project specifications

• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing multiple projects at once

• You lead by example, mentoring field staff, supporting project managers, and inspiring subcontractors to meet high standards

• You communicate clearly, build trust easily, and resolve challenges with a solutions-focused mindset

• You uphold Andrew Roby’s core values in every decision and interaction

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading day-to-day field operations across multiple residential projects in Boone and surrounding areas

• Mentoring and guiding superintendents, field staff, and subcontractors to deliver top-quality work

• Ensuring all work complies with building codes, passes inspections, and meets Andrew Roby’s quality standards

• Coordinating with project managers, architects, owners, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule and budget

• Monitoring schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation

• Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites

• Representing Andrew Roby as a trusted leader in the Boone community
