You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure products are built accurately, tested thoroughly, and meet strict military and compliance standards. This role will be based in Richardson, Texas.
You Will Make An Impact By
- Performing hands-on assembly and build of MULTILITE™, LONGSHOT™, CANSF230, FANLITE™, SOF230, CARRYMAST™, and related HF antenna systems
- Following detailed build plans, drawings, and instructions to ensure accurate and timely assembly
- Conducting product testing and verification to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving build issues during production
- Supporting RMA processes by testing and repairing returned products as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation of build steps, testing results, and production activities
- Collaborating with Operations and Quality to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhering to all safety, quality, ITAR, MIL-STD, and compliance requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- 5-7 years experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations (defense or telecommunication experience a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build instructions
- Basic understanding of product testing procedures and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow supervisor's direction
- U.S. Citizenship required as mandated by our government contract
- Bring prior experience with defense or tactical communication systems
- Have hands-on electronics, RF, or mechanical assembly experience
- Are comfortable working in a small, fast-moving, high-compliance production environment
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
