As an Operations Lead, you will oversee and participate in hands-on production activities supporting C & S Antennas. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer teams to ensure timely builds, material readiness, product quality, and compliance with U.S. government regulations. This role will be based in Richardson, Texas.
You Will Make An Impact By
- Leading and participating in the hands-on assembly of MULTILITE™, LONGSHOT™, CANSF230, FANLITE™, SOF230, CARRYMAST™, and other HF antenna systems.
- Developing and executing build plans to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Building new product designs and implementing updates to current products.
- Restoring manufacturing capability for legacy C & S Antennas products as required.
- Managing procurement and inventory through ERP systems.
- Ensuring timely ordering of components, hardware, and raw materials.
- Accurately taking, processing, and coordinating customer orders.
- Overseeing ITAR, MIL-STD, and other U.S. government compliance requirements.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a build support team to meet operational goals.
- Partnering with Quality to process and resolve RMAs in a timely manner.
- Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/operations facility with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in defense or telecommunications.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Knowledge of U.S. government compliance requirements (ITAR, MIL-STD).
- Ability to lead and work hands-on with complex technical products.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required as mandated by our government contract.
- Have prior experience in defense, tactical communications, or advanced antenna systems.
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset and experience implementing process optimization.
- Have a proven track record of rebuilding or scaling small-batch technical manufacturing operations.
- Can bridge technical requirements with customer needs in fast-moving environments.
