- Manage shift operations and coordinate opening, closing, and peak-period coverage.
- Supervise and support the front-of-house team throughout each shift.

- Monitor food quality and safety standards.
- Ensure order accuracy and address service issues promptly.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise side work at beginning and end of shift
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Hospitality or restaurant management coursework.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, cash handling, and POS systems.
