What You’ll Do
- Architect & Build at Scale: Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability for mission-critical AI workloads.
- Own End-to-End Delivery: Take full responsibility for key product features, from prototyping and UX refinement to production release and iteration.
- Advance Frontend Infrastructure: Evaluate and improve frameworks, tooling, and architecture to accelerate development while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Champion Quality & Performance: Drive testing, automation, and CI/CD practices to reduce time-to-production and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, designers, and ML engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Mentor & Elevate: Guide engineers on technical design, problem solving, and navigating high-uncertainty environments, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Expertise in Modern Frontend Frameworks: Strong proficiency in React, Angular, or similar, with mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deep Engineering Experience: Proven track record building scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend systems for SaaS or platform products.
- Systems-Level Thinking: Ability to evaluate trade-offs, define technical direction, and architect solutions that scale across teams and users.
- AI/ML Domain Exposure (Highly Desired): Familiarity with data visualization, model deployment workflows, or tools for ML/AI development.
- Collaboration & Communication: Experience working closely with designers and product leaders to deliver high-quality, user-focused features.
- Leadership at Scale: Demonstrated ability to own complex initiatives, guide peers, and establish best practices in fast-moving environments.
