We are seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Architect to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise integration and middleware solutions. This role will provide technical leadership across a team of IT professionals and play a critical role in enabling data flow, operational efficiency, and business decision-making through scalable integration frameworks.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud integration, microservices architecture, and middleware platforms, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement on-premise and cloud-based integration solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead architecture and development of cloud-native microservices and middleware applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Define and maintain integration roadmaps, architectural standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to deliver effective integration strategies
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural governance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and middleware issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud integration and middleware
- Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across integration platforms
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support resource planning, budgeting, and project execution for integration initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in architecture or leadership roles
- Proven experience as a Cloud Integration or Middleware Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms
- Microservices architecture and Kubernetes
- Middleware technologies (e.g., TIBCO, MuleSoft, or similar platforms)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cloud integration services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps)
- Middleware migration (on-prem to cloud and hybrid environments)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or middleware technologies
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with container-based middleware solutions
- Experience with vendor management and global/onshore-offshore team coordination
- Background in process optimization, compliance, and operational governance
Leadership & Scope
- Manage and mentor direct and indirect team members, including employees and contractors
- Influence strategic decisions impacting business operations and technology direction
- Support environments impacting large user bases (1,000–6,000 users)
