What You Will Be Working On
- Collaborating closely with product managers and designers to translate ideas into polished, production ready user experiences.
- Building scalable, high performance front end features that support complex enterprise workflows.
- Partnering with backend and platform engineers to deliver cohesive solutions across the full stack.
- Working with support and operations teams to diagnose issues, resolve production bugs, and improve system stability.
- Leading the execution of medium to large initiatives, from early planning through launch and iteration.
- Serving as a technical authority for front end architecture, helping guide decisions and unblock challenging problems.
- Owning the full development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
- At least six years of professional experience building modern front end applications.
- A strong foundation in computer science principles, gained through formal education or equivalent real world experience.
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
- Advanced experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript in production environments.
- A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and client server communication patterns.
- Hands on experience working within Agile or Scrum based development teams.
- Excellent problem solving abilities paired with clear, thoughtful communication.
