What You’ll Do
- Build End-to-End Features: Develop both backend services and frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Contribute to System Design: Participate in design reviews and help shape solutions that balance scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Write Clean, Testable Code: Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and peer reviews.
- Operational Excellence: Support deployments, monitor services, and help improve reliability and observability.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with modern tools and technologies, while seeking opportunities to grow your technical skills.
- Professional Experience: 5 years of building and deploying production-ready applications.
- Languages: Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Python, Java, or Node.js) and strong frontend skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Databases: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL or caching systems (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Product Mindset: Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions that deliver business value.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
