About The Role
Build reliable, scalable services that power core product experiences. You’ll write production code, influence design decisions, and collaborate across the stack to deliver measurable customer impact.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement APIs and services (REST/GraphQL/gRPC) with clear contracts and SLIs/SLOs.
- Model data and optimize performance across relational and NoSQL stores, caches, and queues.
- Ship with quality: testing strategy, code reviews, deployment checklists, and observability.
- Debug complex production issues and contribute to on-call with strong post-incident learning.
- Partner with product/design to validate requirements and iterate quickly.
- 3 years building production systems in Python, Go, Java, or similar.
- Solid grasp of distributed systems, data modeling, and performance profiling.
- Experience with containers, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming (Kafka/Pulsar).
- Exposure to feature flags, experimentation, and product analytics.
