What You Bring
Experience
6–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including building and operating scalable, full-stack applications in production environments.
Leadership
5 years of experience managing engineering teams, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives over extended timelines.

Strong understanding of modern web architectures, distributed systems, and scalable platform design.
AI & Automation Mindset
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and frameworks to improve engineering productivity and build intelligent systems.
