Anderson's Chimney & Masonry is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our team.
This isn't a cold-calling job. Our customers are already reaching out because they're interested in our services. Your job is to build rapport, answer questions, and help customers take the next step by scheduling appointments with our service and install teams. Objection handling and appointment setting experience strongly preferred.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls
- Speak with homeowners interested in our services
- Handle customer questions and confidently overcome objections
- Schedule appointments for our sales and installation teams
- Educate customers about our chimney, masonry, and fireplace services (don't worry - we'll train you)
- Track customer interactions in ServiceTitan
- Achieve weekly, and monthly performance goals
