Anderson Chimney & Masonry Services is a local, family-owned business since 1990. Anderson is the exclusive start to finish chimney service and repair in Central PA! We are expanding our successful company and seeking a highly qualified Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our continued growth. Lead Generation Specialist’s are vital to our success! You will be the first point of contact and your primary focus will be answering the phones. We engage potential and existing customers over the phone by providing positive interactions and the best possible chimney service!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable talking about our products and services over the phone.
- Clear, confident verbal communication skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customer rejection professionally.
- Accurately input customer data and update interaction notes in the CRM system.
- Handle complex objections
- Familiar with Central PA Counties/Territory
- Daily communication with Lead Technicians, Helpers, and Office Staff.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for booked appointments and jobs.
- Must be available to work a flexible shift depending on the season and workflow.
- Previous experience with lead generation in a call center environment.
