IT Staffing Sales - NYC (hybrid)
Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven IT Staffing Salesperson to join their team in NYC. This role drives revenue growth by selling IT Staffing to government agencies and private companies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of technology along with exceptional sales insight.
Sales Strategy And Execution
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with decision makers in government agencies and private companies
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Evaluate customer needs and align our services to their business challenges
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding and communication of service capabilities
- Collaborate with our internal team including project managers, engineers, and support teams, to deliver seamless solutions
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients (post-sale) to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify additional opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record selling IT Staffing services to NYC and NYS government or commercial clients
- Deep understanding of systems integration concepts, technologies, and industry standards
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations (for government sales)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be open to a Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in office (Tues and Thurs)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
