I. Strategic Sales & Individual Production (The "Hands-On" Manager)
- Drive Revenue Growth: Independently identify, target, pursue, and close significant new business opportunities across key industries to meet personal sales quotas.
- Strategy Execution: Execute the comprehensive sales strategy to expand FrankCrum's market share and increase overall revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and untapped growth sectors.
- Networking: Proactively represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Lead, coach, and actively mentor a team of Business Development Managers, focusing on skill development, sales process refinement, and accountability.
- KPI Management: Closely monitor and analyze team KPI performance, providing targeted training and support to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, high-energy culture of teamwork, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruiting and Operations teams to ensure the seamless, high-quality delivery and implementation of staffing solutions.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop optimal pricing models, create compelling proposals, and design customized workforce solutions for clients.
- Service Oversight: Oversee the client onboarding process, resolve escalated client issues, and champion a service-excellence philosophy across all accounts.
- Reporting & CRM: Analyze sales data to create accurate forecasts. Present performance metrics to executive leadership and maintain rigorous pipeline and client data integrity within CRM platforms.
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive sales management experience with a preference for a background within the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
- Results: Proven, quantifiable record of achieving or exceeding both individual and team sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruiting life cycle, talent acquisition dynamics, and client service management.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tools: Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Avionté).
