What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Schedule and lead in-person client meetings and presentations
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings
- Host client lunches, happy hours, and relationship-building outings
- Identify hiring gaps and position customized workforce solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed partnership
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver talent and drive repeat business
