What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer
- Partner closely with sales to understand client hiring needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT-related roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide a great experience
- Stay organized and manage multiple searches at once

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
