Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for originating, winning, and delivering retained executive searches for our most strategic clients, focusing on technology leadership (e.g., CIO, CTO, CISO).
- Executive Search Acquisition: Aggressively prospect and close new retained search contracts with organizations needing Director and C-level technology talent.
- Strategic Client Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards, and VPs of HR, providing deep counsel on executive compensation, organizational design, and leadership strategy.
- High-Value Negotiation: Skillfully manage the entire sales cycle, from pitch and proposal to the complex negotiation of retained search fees and engagement terms to maximize profitability.
- Search Execution Oversight: Partner directly with the Executive Research team to meticulously define the search criteria, manage the client feedback loop, and ensure the successful, confidential placement of world-class technology leaders.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage in-office time in Roswell, GA, and networking events to gather critical market intelligence, which will be used to generate new business and inform client strategy.
- Brand Stewardship: Consistently represent the firm as a premier executive search partner within the Atlanta and broader national technology community.

- Experience: Seven or more (7 years) of senior-level business development and search experience, with a mandatory minimum of 5 years focused exclusively on Retained Executive Search (specifically within Technology, IT, or Digital Transformation).

- Search Model Expertise: Expert knowledge of the retained search methodology and the ability to articulate its value proposition clearly and confidently.
- Location Commitment: Required to work from the Roswell, GA office to facilitate collaboration and client meetings.
