NetSuite Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 base salary bonus potential
Overview
We’re partnering with a high-growth, dynamic organization to identify a NetSuite Business Analyst who will play a key role in optimizing financial systems and supporting critical accounting operations. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Accounting/Finance and IT to support and enhance the NetSuite platform
- Translate accounting and business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and enhancements
- Support month-end and year-end close processes through system optimization and workflow improvements
- Assist with audits and ensure systems align with internal controls and compliance requirements
- Maintain clear, detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes (Confluence or similar tools)
- Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, improve data integrity, and drive continuous system improvements
- Support system-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting or working within NetSuite, ideally in a multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, especially close cycles and system-enabled workflows
- Experience supporting audits and/or working within internal control frameworks
- Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills
- Ability to clearly translate accounting requirements into system and technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or Financial Services or other transaction-heavy environments
- Exposure to tools such as Boomi, FloQast, AuditBoard, and/or Concur
- Experience participating in ERP implementations, system upgrades, or software selection initiatives
- Background in pre-IPO, private equity-backed, or public company environments
- Desire and ability to grow into a Manager-level systems or applications role
