Role Overview:
The NetSuite Administrator will own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, supporting core distribution operations including inventory management, order processing, procurement, and financial reporting. This role will serve as the primary system expert, partnering closely with operations, supply chain, finance, and sales teams to improve workflows and ensure data integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support NetSuite ERP, including user setup, roles, permissions, and system configuration
- Manage and optimize key distribution workflows including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management
- Support multi-location inventory tracking, warehousing processes, and fulfillment operations
- Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and custom reports for business visibility
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across departments
- Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (WMS, EDI, CRM, shipping platforms, etc.)
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to minimize operational disruption
- Ensure accuracy of master data, including items, pricing, vendors, and customer records
- Assist with upgrades, testing, and rollout of new NetSuite functionality
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users across departments
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of NetSuite administration experience, preferably in wholesale distribution or similar high-volume environments
- Strong understanding of distribution processes (inventory management, logistics, procurement, and order fulfillment)
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments is a plus
- Familiarity with integrations such as EDI, WMS platforms, and shipping/fulfillment tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and custom reporting preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
