What You’ll Work On
Our Environmental team executes a wide range of field-driven projects, including:
- Contaminated site remediation
- Stormwater system installation and maintenance
- Demolition and site clearing
- Culvert installation and infrastructure work
- Remedial treatment systems
No two days look the same - you’ll gain exposure to multiple scopes, equipment, and field conditions.
What You’ll Do
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first job site
- Support field operations across a variety of environmental construction projects
- Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients
- Assist with equipment operation, material handling, and site work
- Wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary
- Show up ready to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities

What You Bring
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
- Capability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing, kneeling, crawling)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles/equipment (preferred)
- Team-first mindset with the ability to solve problems in the field

- 40-Hour HAZWOPER (and refresher)
- Forklift certification
- CPR / First Aid / AED
- Bloodborne Pathogen training
- TWIC card
Travel & Work Environment
- Travel throughout the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, MT)
- Overnight travel is expected
- Lodging Per Diem Fully Covered
