We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role is essential for supporting various phases of construction projects, from site preparation to finishing touches. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred, but we also value motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks
- Perform basic construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete work under supervision
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support team members with various duties to ensure project deadlines are met
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown at job sites
- Adhere to project specifications and quality standards throughout all phases of construction
Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor or indoor construction environments
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Prior experience in carpentry, masonry, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license is beneficial for transporting tools or materials between sites
