What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Anderson Communities Inc?
Groundskeeper, Full-time
Duties include:
- Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community
- Several tasks including:
- Clean up of trash and debris for property, breezeways and common areas
- Power Washing
- Brush removal
- Check exterior lighting
- Check pool and maintain a clean clubhouse
- Notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs
- Other duties as necessary
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Focus and attention to great customer service
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation throughout work day required
- Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance
- Must be felony free
- Preferred: previous Groundskeeping experience
