What’s In It for You?
You’ll use your skill sets with asset and vendor management to establish, monitor and maintain best practices of maintenance and facilities systems and resources.
Essential Functions:
- Manage contracted services including bidding, selection, scheduling and quality control
- Oversee inventory control systems via software (BarCloud) and physical inventory
- Manage asset inventory and upgrades for tools, vehicles and shops
- Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements including Safety training, inspections, HUD REAC preparation, FHA assessments, etc.
- Oversee team performance metrics for efficiency and quality
- Maintain strong communication with Property Manager, Maintenance staff, and team members.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Inventory management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in BarCloud, Entrata or similar inventory management software preferred
- Prior supervisory experience of 3 or more employees
- Working knowledge of residential maintenance processes preferred
- Working knowledge of HUD REAC, FHA requirements preferred
- Prior experience overseeing subcontractors and vendors
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Drug-free and felony-free status with a valid driver’s license.
- Internal candidates must complete one year of full-time to be eligible to apply for this role.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
