Maintenance Technician - Tier II

Maintenance Technician - Tier II, Full-time

Duties include:

• Ensure reliable home functionality through preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement
• Deliver great resident experiences by performing a variety of skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and prioritize work accordingly
• Troubleshoot work orders daily for resident service request and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
• Reasonable on call rotation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• EPA Certification, REQUIRED
• HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical certification, preferred
• Troubleshooting/repair experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical - strongly desired
• Trade School Certificate in related fields, preferred
• Troubleshooting/repair experience in household Appliances, preferred 
• Minimum Tools Required: Standard tools (Hammer, screwdriver, wrench, pliers, etc.)
• Must have good communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Must be drug and felony free, and maintain a clear appearance
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
