About the Role
As a Program Supervisor, youll lead a team of Youth Workers to foster a structured, nurturing, and emotionally safe environment. Youll play a critical role in helping clients feel supported, understood, and empoweredevery day.
You will:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities in our group home or residential facility.
- Mentor and manage Youth Workers to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care.
- Create a positive, non-punitive environment that builds on each adolescents strengths.
- Monitor youth participation in social and learning activities, encouraging personal growth.
- Work closely with the Treatment Team to document progress and ensure unified support plans.
- Respond to crises with calm, clarity, and compassion.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant experience working with youth populations.
- Leadership: Strong coordination and supervision skills with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, running, lifting, and crisis intervention, if necessary.
- Professionalism: Must be 21 or older, hold a valid NC drivers license with a clean record, and be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
