Anderson Health Serv
ices is launching mental and behavioral health programs to provide 24/7 emotional support to clients with a history of complex trauma. The hours for this position are 7am-3pm. Everyone is dedicated to offering high quality, culturally sensitive care to adolescents in need of emotional help and support.
The Nutrition & Food Service Worker at Anderson Health Services is expected to:
- Managing relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Provided.
- Demonstrates professionalism and mutual respect when representing AHS in the community and on-site.
- Ensures timely and accurate communication to leadership on matters that involves a gap of delivery of service to client and staff.
- Develop, execute, and maintain inventory system for the facility to ensure inventory is completed on by the 1st of each month for the previous month.
- Maintain an effective schedule for all kitchen staff to always ensure coverage.
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure food is pre-prepped, cooked and set up daily for breakfast, snacks,
- lunch and dinner.
- Ensure food is prepared and served at the right temperature and portion per guidelines of the treatment plan and
- health regulations.
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in human services or related field required OR an associate degree with a minimum of two years of population specific experience working with the youth is required.
Additional Requirements
Must be 21 years and older and have a valid NC driver's license with a good driving record. Must be able to demonstrate effective self-regulation strategies. Must be coachable and willing to learn. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening and background check.
