Job Description:
Summary;Role applies practical supply chain knowledge to identify, analyze and solve problems within a single value stream. Implements and supports continuous improvements and business process changes. Candidate muse be local to the AZ area as there is no relocation assistance or sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in supply chain projects withing the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make deliver).
- Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making
- Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands.
- Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, educe cost and increase inventory turns, utilizing supply chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners.
- Facilitates functional teams and meetings
- Provide daily work direction to others in value stream (planners and other project participants
- Works independently with general supervision
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience
- Preferred Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems
- Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies; such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management Systems.
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, data mining and data reporting
- Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, A3 thinking, waste elimination
- Engages with others in a way that can be developed into an ongoing working relationship
- Seeks to understand customer needs in detail and how to satisfy them
- Willingly accepts assignments that will expand his/her capabilities
- Seeks opportunities to lean from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization.
Preferred Requirements:
- 3-5 years of supply chain experience preferred

Pay Range:

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
