Position Overview
The Site Development Project Manager will play a key role in managing and delivering site development projects from concept through construction. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the technical work while also leading projects and mentoring junior staff. The role offers direct access to leadership and the ability to make a visible impact within a tight-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple site development projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction support
- Remain actively involved in technical design and production
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal team members
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff
- Contribute to a variety of projects, with a strong emphasis on school site development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in site development or land development engineering
- Strong technical design background (Civil 3D or similar)
- Experience with school site development projects preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, small-team environment
- PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)

Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
