About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join a growing consulting engineering team focused on municipal and private site development projects. The ideal candidate will enjoy a collaborative, flexible environment where employees contribute across multiple project types and gain exposure to both design and project coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform civil engineering assignments including design, analysis, and plan production under the guidance of a Project Manager.
- Prepare civil engineering deliverables such as construction documents, specifications, drainage studies, and due diligence reports.
- Assist with all phases of municipal and private site development projects, including water production, water distribution, wastewater treatment, sanitary sewer collection, street rehabilitation, and drainage improvements.
- Lead or support design teams, delegating tasks to junior engineers or designers and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with permitting agencies to submit deliverables, address comments, and secure approvals.
- Apply sound engineering judgment to perform design calculations and implement them according to standard methodologies.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 3 years of experience preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
- Experience with municipal and private site development projects preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt in a collaborative, flexible team environment.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
