Land/Site Development Civil Engineer
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Civil Engineer to join a collaborative and growing team in Celina, TX. This individual will contribute to the planning, design, and permitting of civil and land development projects. The role offers hands-on experience with site/civil design for commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use developments in a dynamic and learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design and documentation efforts for site/civil and land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
- Prepare and modify plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates using engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Analyze site conditions, topography, and hydrologic data to inform project planning and design.
- Assist with local, state, and federal permitting processes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and designers on multidisciplinary projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
- EIT certification preferred; PE license a plus.
- 3 years of experience in civil site design, grading, drainage, and/or land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
