What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Andersen James Group?
Andersen James are looking to deploy two expert Construction Project Managers on two major Hyperscale Data Centers in Texas & Arizona.
Our client is one of the largest owner operators of Hyperscale Data Centers in the United States. They’re currently working on a number of sites and require expertise in the project management space to help them complete this work. They’re looking for individuals with experience of working locally to their sites in an Owner’s Representative capacity, leveraging their experience and network to help lead these projects to completion.
The contracts on offer are 12 months with a high probability of extension. This will be a full-time on site deployment, so a willingness to relocate or candidates based locally would be preferred.
- Project Management in Construction Experience (Data Centers preferably)
- Experience in leading a team of project managers
- Owner’s Rep experience highly desirable
