What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR/Dispatcher - Plumbing position at Andersen Commercial Plumbing?
Andersen Commercial Plumbing, recognized as Southern California's Top Service Commercial Companies, is currently seeking a CSR/Dispatcher.
The CSR/Dispatcher is responsible for the following job task:
- Placing calls on the schedule that have come in from the CSR
- Schedules calls daily for the day or for near future days, first visit jobs.
- Clearing technician that are 100% completed with their jobs and require no additional appointments. Tagging the jobs with appropriate tags so invoicing can bill the project accordingly.
- Making sure all technician paperwork is completed including job photos, notes, labor, materials, and estimates.
- Take in incoming emergency service requests and placing them on schedule.
- Placing On-Call/Emergency that came in overnight/over the weekend on schedule in a timely manner (must be done first thing when the dispatcher arrives for the day)
- Making sure the techs are timestamped correctly.
- Calls to confirm appointments with the customer for the next day and marking the job/appointment “confirmed”.
- Helps to ensure the schedule stays full.
- Ensure that On-Call is covered on a daily basis.
Compensation and Benefits
- $22-25/hr. depending on knowledge and experience.

Compliance Requirements
- Must be willing to work the following shifts: Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
- Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
