AnderCorp is seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, branding, community engagement, and business development support initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with execution and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting project pursuits, strengthening community relationships, and showcasing the people, projects, and culture that make AnderCorp exceptional.

What You'll Do

Community Engagement & Sponsorship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, industry associations, and local partners
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate sponsorship opportunities that align with company goals
• Manage sponsorship deliverables, event participation, branding, and ROI tracking
• Represent AnderCorp at community, networking, and industry events

Proposal & Presentation Development

• Lead the development, coordination, and submission of proposals (RFPs/RFQs)
• Partner with project managers, estimators, and company leadership to gather content and project information
• Ensure proposals are visually compelling, compliant, and delivered on schedule
• Maintain proposal templates, project portfolios, and team resumes
• Assist with interview presentations and pursuit materials

Branding, Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Maintain and strengthen AnderCorp's brand identity across all platforms
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, project sheets, presentations, and promotional materials
• Develop compelling content that highlights projects, company culture, people, and expertise
• Ensure consistency in visual and written communications

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content
• Monitor analytics, engagement, and performance metrics to optimize results
• Update and maintain website content and digital assets

Photography & Visual Asset Management

• Coordinate photography and videography for projects, events, and company initiatives
• Manage and organize the company photo and video library
• Collaborate with project teams to capture project milestones and success stories
• Ensure high-quality visual documentation for marketing and business development efforts

Event Planning & Company Functions

• Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and industry functions
• Organize participation in community outreach programs and charitable initiatives
• Plan and assist with quarterly meetings, annual celebrations, and internal events
• Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and promotional materials

Merchandise & Promotional Materials

• Develop and manage company-branded merchandise and promotional items
• Coordinate inventory, ordering, and distribution
• Ensure all branded materials reflect company standards and marketing objectives

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field required

Experience

• 5-7 years of marketing experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience developing proposals and pursuit materials highly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing experience working for a general contractor, construction manager, architecture firm, engineering firm, commercial real estate developer, or related industry a plus
• Familiarity with construction project pursuits, proposal development (RFP/RFQ), and industry marketing best practices
• Experience showcasing project portfolios, jobsite photography, and construction-related content
