π¨ What You'll Do
As a Field Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting project execution by:
β Championing a strong safety culture on every jobsite
β Coordinating daily field operations, labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics
β Assisting with jobsite startup and secure shutdown procedures
β Maintaining clean, organized, and productive project sites
β Supporting implementation of site logistics plans
β Coordinating material and equipment deliveries
β Monitoring quality and ensuring work aligns with plans and specifications
β Collaborating with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to keep projects on schedule
β Participating in daily huddles and trade partner coordination meetings
β Assisting with project documentation, daily reports, and closeout activities
β Managing direct-hire labor and company-owned or rental equipment
β Identifying and communicating project challenges, risks, and opportunities before they impact progress
β Building strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders
π· What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
ποΈ High School Diploma or GED
ποΈ 5 years of construction experience
ποΈ 5 years of field supervision experience
ποΈ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
ποΈ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
ποΈ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
π Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
π Knowledge of Lean Construction principles
π Experience coordinating multiple trades and project stakeholders
π§ Understanding of construction means, methods, and project workflows
