Construction Estimator / Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project takeoffs & estimating
- Compiling bid packages and following up with trade partners to ensure bids are submitted on time.
- Assist in Compiling Work Orders and Bid Leveling
- Value Engineering.
- Compiling G702/703 AIA Billings
- Managing vendor invoices and coordinating with the billing department.
- Managing Vendor Compliance Documents (Insurance, Contracts)
Qualifications:
- Use of CM software- Buildertrend, PlanGrid, Autodesk Build
- Use of Estimating Software - Planswift, Stack.
- Excel, Word.
- Prior Experience Working In: Residential Or Commercial Construction Office Or Architectural Firm Required.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading required.
- Prior Estimating/ Project Management Experience Preferred (5 Years)
