We’ll call you if we need you!Primary ResponsibilitiesPlanning and scheduling: Responsible for developing the project plan and schedule, which includes identifying all the tasks, estimating the time and resources required for each task, and creating a timeline for completion.Budgeting and financial management: Responsible for managing the project finances as agreed with the project owner, tracking expenses, ensuring that the project stays on budget, and controlling change orders.Contracting and procurement: Responsible for contracting with vendors and subcontractors and coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment as needed, ensuring that vendors and subcontractors meet their obligations, and resolving any possible disputes.Quality control: Responsible for monitoring the quality of work and identifying and resolving any quality issues.Communication and coordination: Responsible for communicating with all stakeholders, including the client, the project team, and the contractors and subcontractors, including providing regular status updates, resolving any communication issues, and ensuring everyone is on the same page.Risk management: Responsible for identifying and managing risks to the project, including developing risk mitigation plans, monitoring the project for threats, and taking action to prevent or mitigate risks.Safety: Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, including working with the company safety director, monitoring the project for safety hazards, and taking action to prevent accidents.Other:Obtaining permits and licensesManaging the project siteEnsuring that the project meets all applicable codes and regulationsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with project owners.Chair and document OAC meetingsQualificationsMinimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial general contracting, including out-of-the-ground projects. Storage and Warehouse experience preferred.Experience in managing all aspects of a construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, procurement, quality control, communication, coordination, risk management, and safety.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
