We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across North America for a global manufacturing organization. This is a six-month contract role focused on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.
You will partner closely with HR leaders and hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure a strong candidate experience across professional, technical, and operational roles.

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close
- Manage 20 concurrent requisitions across engineering, IT, accounting/finance, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and selection criteria
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
- Drive interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer execution
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting metrics
- Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders
- Ensure a professional, responsive candidate experience throughout the process
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high requisition volume with competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- 6-month contract
- Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Plano, TX)
- Full-time hours
