Anchor Injury and Integrative Health is a small business in New Smyrna Beach, FL. We are agile and our goal is to grow from a Chiropractic Clinic into a Multidisciplinary Clinic to provide the community with complementary medicine in the form of trigger point injections, vitamin IV, hormone replacement, weight loss, regenerative medicine, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Must be motivated to build this practice from the ground up, setting polices and procedures, developing macros for electronic health records, developing intake paperwork and necessary consent forms, etc.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a [hospital/clinic/primary care setting]
- Proficiency in utilization review processes and procedures
- Competency in performing vital signs assessments and interpreting results
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques for infection control
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in FL
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Care/Emergency Medicine
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
