Requirements/Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about therapeutic care, committed to continued professional development, and able to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers in an integrative setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each patient’s individual needs and treatment plan.
Collaborate with providers to support overall patient recovery and wellness goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient sessions.
Ensure a professional, welcoming, and safe treatment environment.
Stay current with all required certifications, licensure, and CEUs.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture.
Qualifications:
Must hold an active Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing.
Up-to-date continuing education (CEU) credits as required by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule & Compensation:
