Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and care.
• Complete Day 1 and Day 2 new patient processes using clinic systems.
• Perform detailed re-exams and Reports of Findings (ROFs), including gaining agreement and handling objections.
• Drive internal referrals and promote supportive services, including:
o Massage
o Decompression
o Weight Loss
o Nutrition
o Hormone Therapy
o PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
o PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)
o Class IV Laser
o Shockwave Therapy
o Stimpod Therapy
o Electrical Muscle Stimulation
o Therapeutic Exercise
• Engage patients through effective table talk and ongoing education.
• Participate in daily staff trainings and contribute to team development.
• Support a wellness-based model by encouraging patients to transition to maintenance care.
• Track and report key metrics, including:
o Number of adjustments
o Graduates to wellness care
o Referrals generated
o Google reviews obtained
• Participate in periodic outside office hour activities, including:
o Weekend training in Clearwater, Florida (required)
o Ongoing communication and collaboration with office coaching and training company
o Marketing events and outreach initiatives outside of regular clinic hours
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and active state licensure
• Strong alignment with the chiropractic philosophy and commitment to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) structured clinic processes for patient flow, SOAP notes, Day 1/Day 2 workflows, and ROF scripting
• Confidence in closing care plans (80% close rate preferred)
• Motivation to grow and help patients achieve optimal health
• Basic tech proficiency (EHR, Slack, Google Suite, CRM tools)
• Familiarity with Chirotouch is a plus
Salary : $175 - $350
