Patient Liaison Specialist (Spanish/English)

We are seeking a high-energy, service-driven Patient Liaison and Retention Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to strengthening our relationships with existing clients, winning back former clients, and preventing service disruptions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in customer/client retention, account management, a confident personality, and the ability to influence decisions and build loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Re-engage and win back former clients who have discontinued services
• Proactively reach out to current clients to resolve concerns and prevent service cancellation
• Build trust with families and caregivers through excellent communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met quickly and thoroughly
• Track retention metrics and report trends to management
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes

Requirements:

• 2 year of office experience, preferably in a sales or client-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or EMR systems a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Brooklyn, NY 11206
