We are looking for a highly organized and professional HR Onboarding Specialist to support caregiver onboarding and compliance in our Allentown office. This individual will be the first point of contact for new caregivers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining accurate and audit-ready employee records.
Responsibilities
- Guide caregivers through the onboarding process
- Review and collect required employment documentation
- Follow up on missing paperwork and onboarding requirements
- Maintain organized employee files and records
- Assist with compliance requirements and regulatory audits
- Serve as a professional representative of Anchor Health in the office
- Communicate with caregivers, employees, and outside agencies
- Support administrative and HR projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficient with email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Previous administrative, onboarding, HR, or healthcare experience preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
