Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a med-surg adult setting
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and conditions
- Monitor and assess patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of med-surg adult nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the United States
