Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Adult
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Adult unit. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay in our facility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing appropriate interventions
- Adhering to all nursing standards and protocols
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Med Surg Adult nursing
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
