Job Title: LTC RN Emergency Room Nurse, Med Surg Adult

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Long Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN) with expertise in emergency room and medical surgical adult care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a long-term care facility, focusing on emergency room and med surg adult patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assessing and monitoring patients, identifying changes in condition, and implementing appropriate interventions
• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educating patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documenting patient care
• Adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency room and medical surgical adult care
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
